I have no idea where I am supposed to find the list of "documented violations" that you claim, but it appears lots of raw data — much of it known to either stolen or illegally leaked — is posted there. The video is simply a fund-raising appeal. So, unless you can convince me otherwise, I am going to assume there is no smoking gun there and it is simply an attempt to fleece the rubes out of more money.

Doesn't matter if 99.9% of it was verified as authentic, because it's a fact that the chain of custody is highly questionable, it's a fact that many other parties had access to the laptop and images of the drive, it's a fact that fakes have already been exposed and all it takes is a handful of planted fakes to ruin the reliability of the entire laptop.
