This makes me so angry! I lost a small suitcase that was tracked onto the carousel--so I can only assume it was stolen. It had my laptop--yes I was stupid. But the person who has my bag was unethical to not recognize the damage done to me in not returning it. What a jerk!

I apologize, I had heard that he was appointed but I just looked it up and see that I was wrong. However, the "Deputy Assistant Secretary for Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy" in the Department of Energy is hardly some low-level clerk.
