To be fair, I interpreted this as Trump disqualifying Newsom from running since he's openly considering running . Whatever. I agree that Trump is dumb, inarticulate, and has dementia so what do I know.

Dementia can take a long time. My mother in law survived 18 years past diagnosis and it was a late diagnosis.
