In normal times, suggesting a sovereign nation could become a US state, would end a presidency. It's just business as usual for our mentally ill president. First he suggested that Canada should become the 51st state. Now Venezuela.

And this morning on TS he says USA should “finish off” the “straight” of Hormuz since no one will help him and other ships are passing through.

Venezuela beat the US last night to win the championship. I'm sure the dementia-laden moron will now either consider the US becoming the 24th state of Venezuela or bombing them in retribution. Maybe both.
