I have both CB's and BB's number in my phone. I also have telegram on my phone. Telegram has the annoying habit of sending out notifications whenever someone in your contact list joins the app. You have to use a phone number to make an account.

2/19 I got a notification that CB's phone was used to join telegram. I didn't think anything of it at the time.
2/24 Is the last time CB was seen on telegram, which means the app was checked the day of.

I took the following screenshots shortly after everything happened:

This is why I don't believe the prosecutor's story that it was a big conspiracy by BB. He would had to use CB's phone multiple times, including the day of the incident. People don't download encrypted messaging apps, unless they are trying to hide something. And Telegram has disappearing messages, perfect for hiding an affair.

BB's number is also not on Telegram, so if you are going to claim he downloaded the app on her phone, why didn't he test it out on his phone first? If he's planning everything, it would make sense he would test out the app on his phone. Also the telegram app was on her laptop. So he would have had to use both her phone and laptop without her seeing any notifications from the telegram app. Not impossible, but highly unlikely.

So according to some posters here, BB is some incredibly smart techno-mastermind, who also somehow didn't realize that gun purchases require background checks + leave public records, that buying a gun right before shooting someone is extremely suspicious, and that gun ranges keep visitor logs?

I strongly feel there are more simpler and reasonable explanations.
Whatever happened during this tragedy, I think it was unexpected, unplanned, and chaotic. And I don't agree with all the slander and pre-judgement.

Also regarding the phones:
BB pre-orders his new phones, and does this on a regular basis. I remember him showing it off on his birthday. The data and contacts were transferred over. He unlocked that phone for the police.
BB's IRS phone can be unlocked by the IRS if the police request it. BB cannot give the password away.

This is really interesting info thank you.

One thing though- you don't have AP's phone number.... they could be using hers instead of BBs.

He could have even told both women to download the app for safety (or some other reason) in case of emergency.

Jesus Christ! Even if CB would have a video of her talking to JR, you would still not believe it. It’s incredible how hard it is to just accept she was having an affair.
Yes, BB is a piece of garbage and if she felt neglected by her husband that’s partially on him too, but come on!!!

Do you accept everything at face value? There is nothing wrong with questioning or thinking about other aspects of a situation. More than 1 thing can be true.

PP has a point. Nobody ever questions if she was having an affair.

You mean an ongoing affair? Pretty early on several “friends“ spilt the tea that both of them - BB CB - had affairs or outside partners. But do I think she was having an ongoing affair with Joe? No. He wasn’t in it for relationship/affairs, he was interested in kink Hook ups with multiple people. Friends have said this was the first time they were to meet in person.

Even if she was having an affair totally separate from BB -- there still isn't any reason to believe that JR wanted to kill CB. None.

There IS a reason BB would want CB to be dead and gone.

Do you think Joe was in on the part of the plan where BB arrives home to "save" his wife? If yes, that would be easy to prove because it would be in the messages sent between the CB account and Joe. If no, then CB would need to agree to a plan where she lured a stranger with a knife to her house to have her unarmed husband arrive to save her.

I think BB didn't know about Joe. The AP catches CB/Joe and calls BB. BB arrives and confronts them. Joe stabs CB, BB shots Joe, AP watches. While BB is trying to save CB, AP shots Joe

Now why the second gun? Maybe BB was trained to never turn his service weapon over to anyone so he asks AP to grab the second gun.
Why is Joe referred to as a victim? Because he was invited to the house and asked to bring a knife. He was shot while incapacitated on the floor
Why did LE question if CB was the one who used the account? Because friends and family believe it would be out of character for her to engage in sex fantasies with a stranger, especially involving a knife. I think a lot of families and friends would be surprised by what goes on behind closed doors.

This is all speculation but I can now see a situation where it all fits together after the new facts were revealed this week.

motive?

One of Joe's previous co-worker posted on the previous thread that Joe had a temper and that he wasn't surprised that he came to such an end. Maybe he got upset that his playtime got interrupted and took it out on CB. If BB initially thought that Joe and CB doing something consensual when he entered the room, he might not have had the gun out or expected Joe to actually stab CB instead of dropping the knife. So Joe actually cuts CB , but it takes a second for BB to realize that it wasn't just more blood-play, then BB pulls his gun and shoots Joe. Or maybe he held her hostage after he got caught. AP then runs into the room and grabs the second gun for her safety, then shoots joe again when he tries to go for the knife again.

1. beyond reasonable doubt
2. a LEO sees dude with knife with naked wife in bed but doesn’t draw his gun immediately? beyond reasonable doubt

I know this might shock you, but I live in a middle class household that has no ring camera doorbell, no Alexa, none of that stuff. I actually know a lot of other people who don’t have that stuff, including people of means.

Yes. I stopped by their house with a gift

How many people here give their grown friends birthday gifts? Does this seem weird to anyone else?

It’s common for cheaters not to have cameras or convince their spouses not to have them because it’s a common way to get caught.

Seriously? Just admit you don’t have friends and try some hobbies at this point.

My understanding from a friend of his posting was that JR had met BB and CB in person previously but this was the first scene, meeting for sex. I think that is pretty common to not just go into a stranger's home with no meeting. More of a timeline may come out at trial. If AP does not take a plea deal.

Neighbor friend drops by a birthday gift and birthday boy shows off his new shiny phone, even making sure to announce that all his contacts came over safely! Sounds like an interaction between 2 10-year-olds.

Yes, very weird. It strikes me that BB or his family finally hired a PR agency, or a more competent one.

According to AP's own lawyer she had to go into a different room and unlock a safe at BB's direction, there was no "grabbing."

His service Glock has a decent sized clip. The idea that there is 1 bullet then you need another gun is just silly.
