There is no evidence that Trump declassified these documents. By even if he had, they still would not be his documents to take.

Biden can’t help that people at NARA found evidence of a felony. The presidential records act requires an existing president to consent for those records to be shared. That’s what they asked for and got. Should he have said no? And covered up for TFG’s crimes? Who gives a rats ass if Biden knew about TFG’s crimes? I would hope he knows more than anyone about what nefarious crap that guy was up to, so he can protect our national security. Doesn’t mean he’s directing criminal investigations or prosecutions.
