CW is completely powerless and not very engaged. MV running the show and I suspect DB got sick of it. Two big egos with those guys, and DB wasn’t going to win.

He gets trashed because he's about to be at his 4th club in less than 2 years. At some point personal accountability needs to be taken.

again how is that DBs fault. Vs CW and supporting staff who job is to be organized plan and answer emails.

True but how many situations will hold equal blame? Going on your 4th club in less than 2 years? You dont have to buy it but you have to acknowledge it.

Sorry you're not buying what? That in basically about a year's time the same story and things are being said about him by 2 different clubs as he yet again fails to be committed and professional enough finish a full season with his 2nd team in a row?!?

The 4th club in 2 years sounds bad without the details. He was with McLean/Union for many years with CW, BL, NM and ML. He tried one year with NVA after NVA had their best year mainly because of NS. NS left NVA and the club went to sh$t and then they decided to go GA which is worse than sh$t. So then DB went back to what he thought was going to be Union with CW, BL, NM and ML. Three out of the four names listed were out right after he signed up and then he found out MV was the director. So yeah sounds bad but it is completely logical to want to move to anywhere else cause everywhere else is more stable.

Nice try. If he thought the three other coaches were still going to be there, he wouldn’t have had a team to coach. He came after it was known that those coaches were leaving.
