Oh please. She can’t sing, dance, or write music. She never warranted a contract in the first place. She was a grown ass adult woman with apparently two very supportive parents she could have sought out at any time.

It's so crazy how people will defend the vile and indefensible.

I believe two things are true:

- Cassie is a talentless deviant and gold digging opportunist.

- Diddy deserves to rot in prison for the rest of his life.

Maybe it doesn’t exist.

Every room at every party was wired for video and sound. All of his success was manufactured, especially over the last 20 years. He was the black Epstein. It is obvious.

Fan fiction from the Internet. There’s no evidence of bugged rooms and industry sex tapes. A lawyer or reporter wouldve sold an A lister freakoff tape to the highest bidder for 50 million dollars by now. Such a tape let alone of host of tapes would’ve netted a bigger fortune than Cassie.

I think she’s going to try and talk to Diddy after her marriage implodes. She’s in love with him.. still.

She’s a crazy person.

Her parents are not in the courtroom supporting her. Diddys entire family is there to support him. I guess they are too embarrassed.

Her father was a firefighter. Diddy retired him. She wasn’t some poor downtrodden girl with some hard scrabble life. She grew up in Connecticut in a normal middle class household but her parents were able to afford mansions and lavish vacations thanks to Diddy

When Cassie was pregnant with her first child, she and her husband had to move in with her parents because they faced financial challenges. Despite a lavish lifestyle and funds from 10 years with a millionaire and Alex Fone being a former employee of Diddy, these two couldn’t even save enough to get an apartment on the East Coast. They had to move in with her parents. This was months before the lawsuit . That 20 million dollar payout is not going to last long with Cassie and her shady husband

One major obstacle for the prosecution to overcome is Cassie’s clear and obvious consent during sexual activity involving Combs.

Cassie was not paid to have the escorts urinate into her mouth and on her body while Combs watched. It’s apparent she wanted this, or was at a minimum, a willing participant. While this performance is shocking to some, it’s hardly unknown and increasingly not an unusual kink. Moreover, Combs was merely a passive observer when Cassie did this.

Similarly, it’s unclear whether Cassie was assaulted by Combs or, conversely, the strikes were part of BDSM and were desired by Cassie.

I think they are focusing on the wrong victim here; and it’s clear Combs victimized many (particularly young boys).

Page 154 and you are still not arguing the actual charges.

The actual charges are:

Sex trafficking
Racketeering
Transportation to engage in prostitution

In other words,
Swinger parties
Nice vacations

I just get strong scammer vibes from her husband.

And regarding him being an employee of Diddy's; it's not like you're making it seem.

Cassie Ventura said she had consensual sex with Combs shortly after she says he raped her.
The consensual encounter occurred during September, she said, while she was dating her soon-to-be husband Alex Fine. Ventura said she FaceTimed Fine sometime during that evening.
After the encounter, Ventura testified that she texted Combs that she had a great time.
Ventura added that, after she told Fine that Combs raped her, Fine punched a hole in the wall.

I feel sorry for Cassie as well, but let’s not forget that her now husband was employed by Diddy. The internet is saying he has a seedy past and more than likely preyed on Cassie for financial gain. Otherwise, he would have been more interested in filing a criminal complaint first instead of pressuring Cassie to seek monetary compensation.
I know he is a celebrity personal trainer and also created a wellness brand. I think his mother was a survivor of domestic violence, and he's always been an advocate. Several years ago, he ran some sort of 50 mile race to raise funds for domestic violence survivors and dedicated it to his mom. I know he worked with Mark Consuelos, who has said very positive things about his experience with Fine, and that his clients are usually through personal referrals. So while Diddy did hire him to train Cassie, it's not like he was a regular employee of diddy's. Remember Cassie testified that Diddy told her she needed to start working out and keep herself in shape. Likely, Diddy asked his celebritie friends and someone referred Alex Fine, so Diddy hired him to do a job. It's possible Diddy never even me the man. Also, Alex Fine is a college graduate and played football for his school and has volunteered for the Special Olympics. You could be right, but if he does have a shady past, I've never read anything about it.

The fact that Diddy made his minor children sit through that testimony does not make me think any better of him …

His children in the courtroom are not minors. His daughters are in college.

They wanted to be there to support their dad.

I saw that it was posted. They originally wanted a 50 million dollar hush money settlement from Diddy. They were money hungry due to the financial struggles they were having. Cassie isn’t smart enough to cook this up on her own. Her husband is the one who encouraged her to extort Diddy. Diddy refused to pay the hush money. Cassie then went to social media to go public with the claims.

To avoid litigation, Diddy settled with Cassie for 20 million dollars.

That was the biggest mistake Diddy made. After he paid Cassie the 20 million dollars, the floodgates opened and a bunch of random escorts and opportunists and broke former artists of his claimed they were abused and they saw freakoffs too. The stories became more salacious, the attorneys saw a payday and opportunity for fame, and the train has not stopped since.

The federal government should be using time and resources to stop actual sex trafficking operations with real victims instead of claiming a morally disgusting Hollywood mogul with a slutty girlfriend was some sort of sex trafficking kingpin

Cassie is the one who loved Diddy more and called him the greatest love she’s ever known. Diddy’s love of his life was Jennifer Lopez. Jennifer Lopez’s greatest love is Ben.

Cassie kept coming back for more and more freakoffs assuming that was the key to his heart. He did not want to marry or have kids with her and she was angry and fought him all the time about the fact that she never spent Thanksgiving or Christmas with him. He would leave her alone to spend time with Kim Porter, his mom, and his kids.

She was just the escort

You idiot- her parents are watching her children and she's said she doesn't want them to hear the descriptions of what happened come out of her mouth.
