His brothers may be rich, but that doesn't mean he is. And he's pretty clearly insane.

I say this, BTW, as someone who lives just four blocks from him, and regularly walks the blocks where he assaulted people.

This also reminds me of the early 90s Mt Pleasant shotgun murderer, who would drive up to people, shoot them in the face, & drive away. That went on for months--I'm so relieved the police caught this guy so quickly.
