But, I would not call him a hero. If this had been my son, I would have been furious he was present during these riots. While his motivation for being there may have been just, it is not somewhere a 17 YO should be. The fact that all the people who attacked Kyle had criminal records should tell you something.

Hopefully, this will be a lesson to others.....
First..... the authorities in Kenosha should have taken control of the town long before they did. Maybe having the national guard present during the riots would have helped.
Secondly....... if you are a good samaritan wanting to protect others and property - think twice. The people out on the streets during riots are dangerous.

I did do these things. I thought he wasn't guilt of 1st degree homicide. I thought he could've been guilty on the other charges, based on a spurious self-defense claim. But I also did not see the self-defense instructions given to the jury.

I thought the prosecution did an absolute miscarriage of justice by mis-charging him with the wrong crimes. The prosecution's mistakes felt intentional. I sincerely believe they were trying to "throw" the case.

That won't happen. The case against Rittenhouse was extremely weak. The case against the Arbery shooter is pretty solid.

Regardless of what you think of the verdict, you have to have seen that this judge was a disaster and highly unprofessional.

The judge has a long history of favoring defendants. And normally, the left prefers judges favor the defense. But since he isn't in a favored demographic, this is a problem.
