The bolded statement is not true. It is not necessary for CB to agree to BB pulling out his gun. It is not necessary for JR to know about a gun being part of the situation. CB and JR might have thought that the plan was to "role play" a rape-type scene that BB either wanted to watch, or that BB would interrupt by "saving" CB. Maybe CB and JR thought there would be a "role play" fight b/c BB and JR. Nobody HAD to know about the gun except BB -- who knew that he was going to bring the gun so that he could shoot JR.

This. And BB and AP knew he had purchased a 2nd gun (did not want her firing his service issue) and that they had gone to the range for him to train her. They had swapped out phones, BB knows about digital forensics from his job. CB and JR did not know about any of that or BB and AP's desire to remove CB from life and for AP to replace her. That is why VA calls is a RUSE and a LURE.

This makes some sense. BB shoots JR, immediately turns his attention to CB, and tells AP to get the gun shoot JR if he moves. She does and calls 911 but JR moves and she shoots him, all while BB is focused on CB.

Everyone in this thread who is mentioning that about JR had no history of harming people, but neither did BB or AP. Also there is zero evidence that BB was doing any type of manipulation to anybody. I’m sure if there was, prosecutors would’ve added that to the evidence.

I find it hard to believe that someone who is so “manipulative” never sent a text message to his wife with the “manipulation” in it. You are telling me to believe that there’s zero texts of manipulation or chats with his wife discussing this cuck scenario he wanted?

You can keep trying to push that implausible story, colored font and all, but no one is really buying it, most importantly prosecutors. BB was the mastermind behind all of this. His criminal investigative training re: electronics and the 2 witnesses being dead is making it take a longer time to build a stronger case. All of the info from the bond hearing fits with the ruse that has been discussed here since the first thread was deleted. JR's friends went to the police immediately and LE already suspected BB from the vibe, fact that he was DH, and fact that he did not cooperate re: investigation into the murder of his wife, despite being LE. LE has been highly motivated. More so when the executed a warrant and found AP literally slotted into CB's life, bed, closet, photo frames.

The story has always been clear. Proving the elements takes time because BB is not a civilian when it comes to criminal investigations of electronics. Took years to get Mark Winger, but they did.

Hoping for justice for CB, JR and for Robert Wone, whose notorious case may have influenced BB's scheme. Even an implausible story can work if everyone has skin in the game to maintain silence.

This right here. This forum is full of people looking to jump on men for whatever reason. One person says Joe mentioned a cuck situation on a forum and BAM, it's chiseled in stone. People mention that BB has no history of violence and they are either a troll or BB's mom.

I don't know happened, it seems like the state is really at a loss for putting the picture together and that's because BB is not cooperating. Not cooperating is definitely strange, but virtually every LEO would tell you to "never say anything" in any situation you are being questioned in.

I'll dispute what you wrote in the bolded section. The family and friends didn't raise objections on character grounds, but on the grounds that the actual communications didn't sound at all like Christine's 'voice'. We each have a 'voice,' a way of writing in texts and emails and letters and essays etc. Those of our friends and family who communicate with us regularly get very much used to how we 'speak' via those written communications and it is very difficult for someone else to mimic the voice of another in such settings. I've seen plenty of Datelines where someone tried to text as someone else and friends and family became suspicious because it didn't sound right. As a former writing instructor, I've had students who tried to pass off someone else's writing as their own and failed because I intentionally gave my student in class writing exercises so I could become familiar with their authentic writing 'voice.'

One of Joe's previous co-worker posted on the previous thread that Joe had a temper and that he wasn't surprised that he came to such an end. Maybe he got upset that his playtime got interrupted and took it out on CB. If BB initially thought that Joe and CB doing something consensual when he entered the room, he might not have had the gun out or expected Joe to actually stab CB instead of dropping the knife. So Joe actually cuts CB , but it takes a second for BB to realize that it wasn't just more blood-play, then BB pulls his gun and shoots Joe. Or maybe he held her hostage after he got caught. AP then runs into the room and grabs the second gun for her safety, then shoots joe again when he tries to go for the knife again.

That makes more sense. I too believe BB planned all that. He is LE, he knows how crime investigation works. He took his time and must have thought and orchestrated every single detail. That’s why it’s taking time for the police to get in. But eventually they will.

As a former prosecutor who knows the mindset of law enforcement well, I can assure that they are very, very keen to get this dirtbag and put him away forever. Nothing fires up LEOs more than a rogue LEO who thinks he is smarter than his brethren and entitled to a free pass on the worst of crimes.

Prosecutors and LE are not going to hold a dead man "accountable." They have access to all of the information, what has been filed, filed under seal and not yet entered.
