"Eric Justin Toth, a former private-school teacher, is wanted for allegedly possessing child pornography in Washington, DC. It is alleged that in June of 2008, pornographic images were found on a school camera that had been in Toth's possession. Toth also allegedly produced child pornography in Maryland." Isn't this the former-Beauvoir 3rd grade teacher that was escorted off school property a few years ago on the last day of school after pornographic photos were discovered on his thumb drive by a student and teacher?

That, or someone with influence really wants him captured. | I agree, why now. Most on the list -- the FBI calls them Top Tenners -- have committed murder or crimes involving millions upon millions of dollars. They say he may be suicidal. |

We have no idea what additional info the FBI has on Toth. It sounds like he's distributing child porn on the web and continues to advertise as a tutor and/or nanny. The FBI site
says he may have produced child pornography in Maryland too, not just DC. |

It's possible that he's part of a ring that produces child porn for its national and international membership. The FBI mentions that he has expert computer (internet savvy, possibly encoding photos, etc) skills. |

Yeah, the head is certainly retiring at the perfect time! Unbelievable, so glad my DS didn't have him as a classroom teacher. Many boys thought he was a great guy before the truth of who he really is came out. I feel for the families who received calls from the school that their child may or may not be in one of the pictures so please can you come in and help us confirm. I chatted with him once, while I didn't think pedophile, he certainly struck me as strange and unpleasant. Surely, he will be apprehended now. |
