Senate Democrats want DSCC chair Gary Peters to do it again.

The Post is already starting with the "Dems are doomed" and "Dems in disarray" ahead of 2024. That only too, what, a week?

They’re salty that their 2022 Democratic doomsday scenario didn’t pan out. |
The WaPo usually has moronic contributors, and its staff isn't much better. They mostly go with the woke flow and never stop to apply any sort of critical thinking to what they feel is the going liberal trend. Then there's the token conservative angle, also totally devoid of thought. The NYT, The New Yorker, the WSJ, and others, usually have more nuanced articles.
The only thing WaPo is good at is political exclusives - it's always been great at that. |
American newspapers are literally staffed by knuckle draggers |
I think he's great - and a potential future president. |
Mike Braun has become self-aware? That's interesting for a Repug
Also, Walker's home county? I thought that was in TX. Isn't that VOTER FRAUD ;P |
Braun is self-aware enough that he’s leaving and running for Governor. I don’t think his seat is flippable but he’s so far to the right that almost anyone is going to be better. And yes, Walker and his wife may have committed either tax fraud or voter fraud in their residency dance. |
I just thought it was interesting that he said "We stand for nothing"
At least you admit it |
Yeah, that’s pretty much what Sununu in NH said when he declined his run for Senate and then was re-elected as Governor in a landslide. |
The “mainstream” media is pro-GOP. All narratives coalesce around defending and promoting the GOP. |
I’d say the more nuanced take is that it gets more clicks from their readers who are largely Democrats. These papers tripped over themselves to report the latest Trump outrage during his time in office (of which there were too many to count), all in an effort to get clicks, subscriptions, etc. Fear, doom, and woe sell — something Fox News has perfected. It’s just most Democrats are willing to look to other sources and/or have perspective on a media source’s take. |
The “breaks”? Lol you mean the “brakes.” As for the “breaks”… The Senate is safe in Democratic hands. The GOP will have a tiny majority in the House and can’t even elect a Speaker. Them’s the breaks ![]() |
The whole pastor thing is weird faux outrage, for a party whose base is evangelical Christians, and have members openly calling for the US to be a Christian nation. |
Evangelical “Christians,” you mean. They are not Christian in the sense of following Jesus and trying to live his teachings. |
