What the hell is this supposed to mean? My daughter is already married so I do have a son in law. Is this some Russian insult?

Since you’re clearly also responsible for the bullshit post immediately above this one - you have no ability to reason or argue. My posts aren’t rants, and it shocks me that you think it’s funny to call this woman “used,” after she pressed a sex assault claim that has her harassed to a degree that she can’t live in her house. At some point, a decent person - even a true-red Republican - would have a conscience and a minimal sensitivity to avoid this kind actually and deeply hateful post. .

Goppers just can’t stop proving how much they hate women. I really hope that women who are still supporting the goppers begin to realize that although they fancy themselves important people in the gop, they’re completely dispensable.

It may come as a surprise to you, but suburban women also have daughters. The fact that those daughters may be assaulted and then not believed and their allegations not fully investigated cannot be something about which they are happy.

Yes, and sometimes suburban women also have sons and daughters. My hunch is that the Democrats’ lead with married suburban women will decrease somewhat. I’m not exactly sure what you mean by fully investigated. Was there something keeping individuals who had relevant information from contacting Senators or the Judiciary Committee?

They tried. The GOP was not interested in finding out what kind of a criminal they’d nominated. https://mobile.twitter.com/kylegriffin1/status/1048411501072195585

So this was sent to them, but obviously, based on the vote, they determined it did not establish contemporary corroborating evidence.

I am thinking that if you were up for a big job promotion, and you had been accused of something potentially disqualifying (let’s say it’s an EEO complaint), I am betting that you would hope your employers would start with a presumptions of innocence before they write you off. Or, would you prefer that they automatically disqualify you based on a complaint with no evidence?

Forget the Ford allegations or the disgusting yearbook entries and the evidence that at the very least, Kavanaugh was a drunk a-hole in college. He is a political operative, a man who spent much of his career as a political hack, and who was selected because he is in favor of the executive branch protections Trump will need (or want) if he is impeached. That is why he was nominated. Period.

And then there's his ranting at the hearings and his threats to half the country of retribution and droning on about conspiracy theories. He doesn't belong on the SCOTUS. He is not worthy. As a tax payer and citizen, I'm appalled. And most Americans agree with me.

But November is coming.

Say what? Details, please. I missed the threats.

No, you didn’t. Liar - it must be said, as it’s all that you are.

A sobbing, sniffling and shouting Supreme Court nominee saying, “reap the whirlwind” and “what goes around comes around” is clearly, definitively, making threats against thr party he’s already identified and wanted against as his enemies — Democrats.

Grow up. You repeat post this shit but it’s all lies.

What are you even talking about? I "repeat post" that I didn't hear him make threats? I've never posted that before. I never heard someone say he had made threats before. Chill. You're not talking to one person here.

Shut up, for Christ’s sake. The threats are now helpfully included for your review...since you somehow are here with enough information to comment like a snide ass, yet missed entirely what Brett actually said. Totally credible, by the by.

Congratulations to Justice Kavanaugh on being elevated and for giving a great speech.

Congrats to President Trump for nominating BK and then sticking by him through it all .... and for giving one of the better speeches he has given.

Congrats to Susan Collins for the brilliant rationale she offered for supporting his confirmation.

Thanks to Joe Manchin for having the courage to go against his party and support his nomination.

Finally, congrats to Mitch McConnell for masterfully managing the nomination to the point of confirmation.

Your hunch would be wrong. We have had enough. You probably think "creaming elevator protester" is an insult but it is a compliment.

Um, no it’s not.

Anonymous wrote:Nice opinion piece about how the left has lost their ever loving minds. Any fair minded person knows this was never about Brett Kavanaugh. It was an effort to stop at all costs any Trump nominee that would tilt the court to the right for some time to come. They tried to do that by creating chaos and distractions to force Trump to abandon BK and have this drag out beyond the midterms. And once again, we learn that the party of tolerance and acceptance only tolerates and accepts those who agree with them, and that the party of women is anything but. They didn’t care about Dr. Ford and used, abused, and betrayed her to advance a political agenda. Such despicable, morally devoid people.

Best meme I have seen about how Dr. Ford was manipulated by the Dems

Photo of Ford superimposed over a Ford Fiesta with the phrase. “ Would you buy a used Ford?”

You get off on cruelty. Do you get that that doesn’t speak well of you?

If I got off on cruelty, I would repeat what the Dems did to Dr Ford. That was cruel, and it doesn’t speak well of the Dems.

The Democrats did not abuse her. The Intercept reporters affirmed the revelation of her claim wasn’t by Feinstein or her staff.

At some point, a decent person - even a true-red Republican - would have a conscience and a minimal sensitivity to avoid this kind actually and deeply hateful post. .

You are sweetly naive.

Well said. And congrats to Justice Kavanaugh for his remarkable and ground breaking hiring of an all-woman team of clerks.

Yep the reverse is true for the Dems. The Dems just hate men.

Unfortunately for our nation too many of you partisan, what I believe is the most important, individuals hate those whose belief doesn't coincide with yours. It's the f'in Hatfields and McCoy on a national scale. Total, ineffectual, paralyzing BS.
