That BB used a ruse and lure to get JR in house to try to frame him for CB's death?

No, these are just the details of the ruse and lure. C*ck scenarios are usually the husband's idea, even when not a Mark Winger style plot. It may have been keyed off the date of BB's birthday, day before. Finding and luring JR, instigating knife play, something JR had never done, taking AP to gun range, buying non-

service gun, etc. all parts of the plan. CB may have thought she was doing this for BB. See thread in Relationship forum where posters try to browbeat an upset and uncomfortable DW to do so, saying it will bring them closer and she is wrong to feel like it is cheating.

All of the details would have been worked out between JR, CB and BB. Only JR and CB were not aware of BB's true motives, to replace CB with AP, with whom he had an ongoing affair, to frame JR and to eliminate him as a witness.

That makes more sense. I too believe BB planned all that. He is LE, he knows how crime investigation works. He took his time and must have thought and orchestrated every single detail. That’s why it’s taking time for the police to get in. But eventually they will.

You guys, he is an IRS LE agent. His experiences is in financial crimes, maybe crypto. The IRS doesn't typically do murder investigations.

As a former prosecutor who knows the mindset of law enforcement well, I can assure that they are very, very keen to get this dirtbag and put him away forever. Nothing fires up LEOs more than a rogue LEO who thinks he is smarter than his brethren and entitled to a free pass on the worst of crimes.

Ok but to be fair, BB was an IRS agent not a criminal investigator.

See info re: training of IRS Special Agents above. He did have criminal investigator training.

There are a lot of different crimes. Murder is one of many. He may not have learned about murder investigations at the IRS criminal investigations training.

I had assumed that BB stabbed CB before he left, then the nanny left. Then JR came into the house and found CB -- and shortly thereafter, BB came into the room.

But, this begs the question of why JR stayed in the room upon finding CB in a near dead state. Why didn't JR leave before BB arrived?

No one heard CB screaming when BB went into the bedroom.

So, was CB unconscious when JR arrived, and when BB came into the room? When exactly was CB stabbed? Was it before JR arrived or after BB shot JR the first time?

The pjs and scratches suggest she was alive and unstabbed when Joe arrived. The scene planned by BB, JR and CB started. Then BB shot Joe, then AP shot Joe and then CB must have been stabbed. AP called 911, then hung up. When the 2 were closer to death they called 911 back. Both were alive at that point, JR was heard on the call and CB was alive until hospital.

He knew a lot more about criminal investigations and electronic forensics than the average lay person. He wasn't some CPA is the point.

I totally believe that BB is guilty... I'm just trying to think through the logistics.

How does it fit into BB's plan that JR is arriving and meeting with CB for something sexual -- if BB is not at the house? From what PPs have described, typically the husband sets up some sort of sexual event with the wife and I assume the husband wants to watch??? From CB's understanding, what would be the point of her agreeing to meet with JR if BB isn't even there? Even if she was convinced to do this by BB as a bday "present" -- how does BB get the "present" if he's not home when the meet up is arranged. From CB's point of view -- I don't understand what was going on.

If she didn't know anything about JR coming over, then she would have freaked out upon seeing him (if she was conscious and hadn't been stabbed when JR arrived). If she knew about JR coming over -- was she willing to do it b/c she thought it was going to be recorded? What would be the point of doing it with JR if BB wasn't home?

As a former prosecutor I can attest that most criminals are pretty dumb at some level - often because the crime is one of passion, but also because in planning they just don't have the LEO mindset and understanding of investigative techniques. It is usually not very hard to pin a murder on someone when they are known to the victim - the hard murders to solve, the ones that go unsolved, are ones where the perp is a stranger to the victim, has no DNA on record and/or is sufficiently informed to avoid leaving DNA at the scene.

BB being an LEO with LEO investigative training and thinking in that box is what's gotten him this far, I think. Hopefully the VA LEOs can still outwit him.

Read up on c&ck fetishes. It does not always involve the person being in the room, but planning, talking about it, etc. Maybe the scene involved BB "arriving back home" and walking in, who knows?

If that was the case -- what was CB doing while the shooting was going on? Wouldn't she be trying to get away once there were bullets flying? You think BB stabbed her while AP was watching?

It just seems like it would be hard to stab CB after all the shooting b/c she would be very alert from the shooting and shouting, and she would be ready to fight off anyone who was coming at her with a knife. It would be far easier to stab someone to near-death when they are turned away from you/sleeping and not expecting a knife to be coming their way.

VA LE seem highly motivated. I hope he is ultimately charged in both deaths.

The "wh*re" posters and calling JR "trash" or whatever are clearly the impression the luridly planned scene was supposed to give of them as "disposable" or "at fault." Thank goodness LE saw them as victims and friends and family were able to convey enough that they immediately suspected that AP and BB were responsible, from day 1. In fact, both have admitted to shooting JR, she when he was still alive.

I mean AP was in the room.

CB may have been drugged by BB, would make her easier to contain.

I doubt she expected a "knife to be coming [her] way" - the betrayal must have been staggering.

^still alive but incapacitated on the ground, having been shot in the head by BB.

Is there any way that CB had no involvement in JR coming over and that she was not willfully engaged in anything with JR?

Was JR clothed at the time he was shot?

We all have many questions and many theories here. But for those that understands better how cuck*d sexual fantasy works, it’s much easy to understand BB plans.

I think it fits. The husband walks in on them- that's part of the cuck/fetish.

This.

This +1000.

So many on this thread are so emotionally invested in BB being a criminal mastermind and CB being unaware of Joe coming that morning. It seem to me she was aware he was coming. The new details point to her communicating with Joe, talking to Joe on the phone, she was naked when he arrived and most narratives have BB not in the house when Joe arrived. How in the world would BB have orchestrated a situation where Joe enters the house, goes to the bedroom with CB inside, and neither Joe or CB freak out over the ruse? Did BB just expect CB and Joe to hang out naked together until he arrived (I know Joe wasn't naked)?

I don't know if Joe stabbed CB but it seems very likely CB knew he was coming and they agreed he would bring a knife.

The “BB as mastermind” of this does fall apart given the details.

Not at all. Are you drunk?

A c*ck scenario was planned and they found JR for it. All details were agreed to between the 3. CB may have wanted to do it, or may have done it to please BB for his birthday. CB and JR believed it was about sex that BB was aware of and orchestrated. Instead it was a ruse and lure and he was to be the patsy. They were unaware that BB and AP had gone to gun range, bought a non-service revolver, swapped out phones, had been having affair, that AP had no plans to leave US but to move into master bedroom with BB, etc.

Read the recent thread in the relationships forum or Google c*ck scenes, almost 100% of the time driven by DH's fetish. Except here his desire was for murder. F*tlife was a way to order up a man into the house to frame.

It seems likely CB and Joe arranged the meeting that morning and you seem determined to believe it was BB's idea not CB's. In the most recent post with facts about the communication there were details like the knife, PJs but no mention of the planned participation of BB in any way. Those messages to Joe exist. Was BB planned role outlined in the messages from CB's account but withheld from the public? Maybe, but it seems odd that detail wouldn't come out in AP's defense.

I guess it is possible BB convinced CB to allow him to burst in and surprise Joe without telling Joe in the prior communications but that is crazy given the plan also included Joe having a knife.
