2026 Boys - Madlax or DCE?

DCE will get plenty of players from BLC, but not from the other two programs.

BLC goes 4-3 every year and finishes in 3rd/4th place. Here's a bold prediction: this season DCE will go 4-3, and finish behind Hawks, Crabs and Madlax. Please come back in May 2022 and we'll see how things turned out.

None of the prior posts regarding the actual roster composition for DCE 2026 is correct. As for the actual results, we will all have to wait and see. Regardless, this is not BLC. That era is over. This team will be much improved.

It would be awesome if DCE started posting rosters again on their website. They stopped posted them two years ago. Seems like it could help their marketing and recruiting for the boys.

You know what would be really awesome? If Inside Lacrosse would post all the DCE 2021/2022 D1 commits on their website. Oh wait, they actually have!

We don’t want our eighth grade boys names and Jersey numbers on a public website.

Maybe you don’t want the info listed, but I personally don’t have an issue with it. I am parent of kids who have (or will be) athletically recruited. It’s part of the territory and it starts in 8th grade.

So then you know that the whole website thing is meaningless. If your kid is good enough to get recruited then everyone will already know who he is and what team he plays for.

The VLC roster is now posted. Nobody is leaving VLC for MadLax, DC express, or NextLevel. One player is joining VLC from MadLax. As usual, rumors of player movement were exaggerated. It will be interesting to see if there is any movement among the other three teams.

ML significantly… did they get some more reclassified players? Agree, DCE 2026 improves for sure. Intrigued by the ML comment.

Why do we always assume that new impact players only come from these four clubs. You would be surprised.

So where are the new players coming from? Both teams are already strong, so for either to upgrade, they would need multiple elite level players.
