Who can pull that off? That’s what I’d like to know. Of course, if you’re worried about not being in that group, you’d hate this thought. But just cause you hate it, doesn’t make it wrong.

This team does it exist - it’s the Under Amour all-America . 2026s can tryout this year.

DCE2021, DCDogs, ML 2019 were all top 3 teams there age w both DCE and ML being the top team. Guess now we have to wait for a showcase type event. Too bad...it's a ton more fun being in that top echelon.

No kidding, Sherlock. If you assembled an all star team of the top five teams in the DMV, of course they would have equal or better talent than the national top 5. IF you assembled an all star team of the top five DMV high schools, that team would win the national championship most years. So what is your point?

Per the PP, guess we know where your kid would be...Sherlock...

If somebody wanted to play fantasy football with DMV 8th grade lacrosse, they would need to take more than a couple of players from VLC. They would take 1-2 goalies, 1-2 poles, 3-4 middies, and at least one attack. You would probably take more players from VLC than from either DCE or ML.

Yep... get to work boys we will see who comes to play during tryout this summer for the Under Amour All America underclass teams. Are the dates posted yet for tryout in DMV or Baltimore?

Truth is the 2026 class is the weakest class as a whole in recent memory from DC. Look at 2023. You have the Dogs, but also have enough left over for strong teams from NL, DCE, and VLC. The 26 talent is just very thin in DC for whatever reason.

Beat DCE (then BLC) summer 2020 and fall 2020. Beating ML right now in recruiting.

Yes but then BLC (now DCE) handed VLC their lunch in Hoco spring 2021. No one is stressing about VLC.

Agree. The top teams in the area just aren't that great for this grad year. At least not yet. DCE will try and pull guys from Annapolis and ML can pull guys nationally once HOCO stops for this year in the Spring. I'm sure the other clubs can find some late bloomers as well. But not a great year, no doubt.

Translation: "My son is such a stud that it takes an all star team of five programs to find teammates worthy of his greatness."

What team is your son on currently - can I take a wild guess that it is MadLax?

I’m a nobody. A ghost. An idea. Could be on ML…could be on BLC…maybe even a VLC’er or NL’er (although I doubt it)….maybe even a Hawk who just likes to stir stuff up…
