HAHAHA that you're tracking Rose McGowan. Do you put a calendar reminder to check and see if she's moved yet? Get a life.

That’s a mighty strange comment. Do you know what country say, Meryl Streep lives in? Yes? Are you “tracking” her? How about Tom Hanks? Kim Kartrashian? Are you TRACKING THEM??? Wow.
-DP

No I don't give a sh*t where some B list celebrity lives. Carry on with your Intouch magazine though.

+1

I have no idea where any of those people live.

Weird.

How do you know where they live? Did you look it up?

I’m PP, a NP to this thread and I think the whole notion of tracking anyone and commenting on it is weird.

Yes, that's the whole point. Why was PP tracking where Rose McGowan lives? (or any celebrity) Very weird!

Sadly, what I saw in Richmond (as the gun toting 2nd amendment went into the Capitol with weapons of war), it definitely makes you think long and hard. Open season? I don't think so.

Every Black adult in America should have an unregistered gun. History has a way of repeating itself, so Black people need to be prepared when it decides its time for a repeat.

I’m a black liberal and even im considering getting a firearm before VA takes the right away from us.

And I am voting R next time around for the VA gov. I am liberal, but I’m not a fascist like Ralph Northam is...running around in blackface and pretending like it wasn’t him.

Yeah, yeah, your 2nd line strongly suggests you’re more likely a trumpster troll trying to sow discord and confusion. No black person in Va (unless you’re a wealthy aa business owner in NoVa, and even those I know stopped after trump) is voting R any time soon.

Pp. I know plenty of black people who voted R. At least 5.

They just don’t go around telling everyone out of fear for being called racial slurs.

There are more black republicans than you think.

I know many more than 5, and my dad is/was one of them. And his small business friends. And guess what? We talk about it. We discuss differences and still loce each other. But again I speak from my personal experience and you speak from yours. Are you black? Cause blacks don’t throw racial slurs at each other for political beliefs. And your 5 black republican staffers don’t count in this example. I’m speaking of black Virginian republican citizens that don’t get their income from the GOP.

Anyway, time will tell.

The racial slurs come from white liberals actual. That one that rhymes with tune and the one about the uncle.

I don’t like seeing that. Let people have their own believes regardless of what they look like.

What makes me most nervous about Trump winning is that he will very firmly entrench Ds in Congress and most likely lead to Dem pres in 2024. Full democratic control makes me nervous, as does full republican.

I hope that a Dem wins now (at least if it isn’t Sanders) and the Republicans keep one chamber, presumably the Senate. That will make it much less likely either party has complete control any time soon.

I am just the opposite. As I am ambivalent about all the Democrat candidates, I am hoping for a continued Democrat House and a Democrat takeover of the Senate. I find Moscow Mitch far more nefarious, narcissistic, rapacious and cunning. The Con Don is only getting away with his actions because Mitch allows it. Get rid of Mitch and we might have a more functioning government, with or without Trump. The Democrats need to focus on seizing the Senate and maintaining the House. At least prior to this week, Congress did have some power. I am not so show now.

It is a sad day when the only way to get rid of an elected president that you dislike by impeaching him.

You honestly think that Trump was impeached because people disliked him? WTAF?

Democrats will never flee to Canada because they secretly don't want to admit they enjoy the huge gains in their 401ks.

PP here, and no one likes seeing that. If you’re referencing “Uncle Tom” as a term that’s thrown out when blacks hold views that are typically the minority, that just doesn’t happen. We talk. We don’t attack - enough of the world does that to us. I’ve never heard a white liberal person refer to a black Republican person as an Uncle Tom. And certainly not Black people saying that because of one’s political belief. Not to say it doesn’t happen, but I personally haven’t witnessed it and would be shocked if I did.i hope you check them the next time you hear it.

*Buzzer* wrong again!

This has never been about dislike. This is about the damage to the country this "man" is doing every single day. Like or dislike is irrelevant.

Perhaps they disliked him for valid reasons? He certainly gave enough to the public, never mind classified briefs we aren’t privy to.
And didn’t Trump talk about locking up Hillary, elections being rigged and a whole slew of other projections long before he took office?
Do you think that was crazy talk?
Do you see a double standard that makes it hard for others to identify with the point you may want to make here?

You’ve been lucky and glad you haven’t seen it. I’m open and tolerate different opinions so the two times I saw it happen, I immediately said something and they realized that they were actually wrong for using race as a reason to dispute someone’s opinion.

But blacks people talking with others about politics, it doesn’t seem to be much of an issue.

Fascinating. So what about that phone call? Just because she thought he'd do something stupid - and he did it - that makes it excusable?

Your logic is:
The Ds suspect that he will do something impeachable.
Then he does something impeachable.
So it's the D's fault? Give him a pass?

I am a Dem and am loving the gains in my 401k indeed.

Am just baffled as to why all these lower income struggling voters keep handing me more tax cuts and $ to squirrel away while they and their families go without. I’m not putting it back into the economy- I save it all. They are just adding to my kids’ inheritance, giving my kids an even bigger advantage over theirs. I’ll never understand it TBH.

The phone call is a nothing burger. There was nothing wrong, or illegal, or even improper, said in the call.

My logic is:

The Ds hope he will do something impeachable.
If he doesn't, they will find something or make it up, as they did.
Thanks to God above and the structure of our American system of laws, the Democrats were exposed for what they really are.

And if anyone is thanking God that it worked out like it did, it's Joe and Hunter Biden, who are the real culprits here.

Just because you think they will do something impeachable is not grounds for impeachment. The key word in that phone call was "US" not "me". It was to help us,theunited states. No evidence presented showed that it was to help his political campaign win again an unelectable Joe Biden who probably won't even be able to get the nomination AGAIN.

What exactly did the Ds make up?

What exactly did the Bidens do?

And, most importantly, where do you get your news?
