No, and why should they?

It’s a public document for most schools. So much for Quakers and transparency!

Many schools all around the country provide it. Heck, you can even find a lot of them through public google searches—I found the ones below in less than 5 minutes. Which says nothing about schools that provide them privately:

Clearly. But why? I know I have had encounters with the Assistant Head and she has flat out lied to me. Hos seems pretty strong, but I worry he listens to her too much.

What makes you think the PP is a "she"?

Who are you referring to? The only female “Assistant Head” is responsible for Advancement.

Garman is not strong. He is weak and not strategic, and also largely invisible. Which seems to be exactly what the board wants.

I meant the person you said was the PP - that the person "has an axe of her own to grind." Why her? Just thought it was weird. I agree with another PP that said that it is probably a mix of many people.

The new Assistant Head is the woman who used to be the Academic Dean of the US. Then she was promoted. She took ET's place. When she was Academic Dean, we went in to discuss a Math teacher who has been there for years, and is horrible. She literally looked us in the eye and said this is the first she had ever heard of this. I know a lot of parents in my older DC's class had complained about her, so clearly this was not true. It was really frustrating.

Where was Mamadou in all this? Does he actually do anything to lead the US?

It's a shame because he seems like a nice guy. Love his smile. But no, he is spineless and pretty much just does what the Assistant Head, MK, tells him to do. He seems to have no opinions of his own.

The starting point of any discussion on this should be “why shouldn’t they.” Not the other way around.

The information posted via the links, like the one from Visi, is mostly already available on the Sidwell website. It may not be packaged into a single PDF, but it is generally there, with the exception of the matriculation information.

Stop cherrypicking. Look at the one from Trinity. Is that information already available?

Why doesn’t Sidwell provide their profile? They could provide it privately and not put it up on the website.

Most schools do not put out this information. It is weird that you seem so fixated on it.

No one is fixated. But actually, most schools do provide it to their parents.

If you are a parent, ask for it.

Others have already made clear that they won’t provide it. Why is that?

By the way, there are multiple people on this thread who are asking questions related to the profile information and whether Sidwell provides it. Sorry to disabuse you of your assumption that there is just one person “fixated” on it.

On the other hand, why do you seem to reflexively defend everything that the school does on admissions counseling, without providing any sort of reasoned defense or explanation?
