Howard should close its campus. The idea that white people are taking their dogs there to poop and not even cleaning it up is flat out appalling. I also agree that people chose HBCUs to have a safe space. Much like women choose all-women's colleges to have a safe space for their college years. If I were at a women's college and a fraternities kept playing frisbee on and holding picnics on our central lawn everyday, I'd get mad. Close the campus and put the restrictions up.

Ha! Your women’s college example would have made sense until they started admitting men in transition, she-males, etc. Makes it unlikely that anyone will get her panties in a knot over a few bros tossing a frisbee around.
