The two ex-wives of Rob Porter, the White House aide who resigned today in the wake of domestic abuse allegations, revealed to DailyMail.com they were in contact with a third woman who is believed to be his longtime girlfriend.

The woman, is 34 and works for the federal government in Washington D.C.

DailyMail.com is declining to name her because she is an alleged victim of domestic abuse and she has not come forward. Repeated attempts to contact her have been unsuccessful.

Porter, 40, had been living with the willowy blonde political appointee, who split with him around Thanksgiving, after discovering suggestive text messages between Porter and White House communications director Hope Hicks, one of Trump's closest and most trusted advisors.

The “girlfriend” wrote to McGahn — who, as you’d expect at this point — did nothing.

The FBI would have notified the WH Counsel of the reason that Porter would not receive a security clearance. It let’s not overlook the likelihood that he would have been privy to classified information while serving as COS for Hatch.

"A senior administration official told POLITICO earlier Wednesday that Kelly and other top White House officials were aware of the allegations, including the 2010 protective order, weeks and in some cases months before they were made public.

The allegations held up Porter’s application for a security clearance, the official said, adding that Porter had been working with an interim clearance. Both of his ex-wives reportedly told the FBI about their experiences with Porter.

In recent weeks, an ex-girlfriend of Porter’s — who also works in the Trump administration — contacted White House counsel Don McGahn and voiced her distress after discovering evidence of a romantic relationship between Porter and White House communications director Hope Hicks, according to two administration officials.

She also alleged that he had abused his two ex-wives."

Is there any chance that White House Counsel Don McGahn did not immediately contact White House Communications Director Hope Hicks, if only for her personal security, when he first heard from Rob Porter's ex-girlfriend several weeks ago about, "her distress after discovering evidence of a romantic relationship between Porter and White House communications director Hope Hicks"?
