Wow--Angel Hunter's new school looks pretty different than Shepherd, where she was A.P. last year. A lot of Shepherd families I've spoken to liked her, including my own. I wish her the best. |

Can a principal be fired after one year? How long does DC give their principals time to prove themselves? |

| They can be fired after one year. So can a teacher if they are "ineffective". However, I'm not aware of an examples of 1 year principals who were fired rather than left for their own reasons. |
