HoCo is not competitive with top clubs as girls get older. Players will leave for clubs like Heros, M&D, MDU, Capital, etc who field better teams and play against the better competition. For the most part, HoCo continues to field teams, but they are less and less competitive as the girls get older.

I know of several solid refs that refuse to do NGLL at this point because of how bad parent behavior has gotten so that doesn't help

Ask any parent from FLC or Heros who was standing along that fence. It caught everyone’s attention. The director was pissed at both teams for their actions. It’s just that HoCo never seems to have to take responsibility for theirs.

Hero's not '34 here, and this is correct. She said they both forfeit. I don't know what happened after, but everyone on the other side of that fence was collectively going "wtf?!"

i hope the reputation of this team follows them into the summer season and every tournament is aware.

It’s pretty rare for a team to take an L in league playoffs due to outrageous parent behavior so Im sure everyone who’s going to play MD United ‘34s this summer will know how awful their parents are.

The Hoco Director has a daughter on the team and is at everything the team is at. Her husband is an Assistant Coach for the team. She 100% co-signs on all of this.

HOCO 34 has a short video up on Insta of their defense against Legends which is interesting because I think it shows fouls, including improper checks (above shoulder) and cross checks, no? Nothing egregious of course.

I’m sure they wouldn’t post what they thought were fouls but interesting choice of snippets.

Seriously, HoCo? It’s not even a B club, it’s a C club. Talent must be great in Howard county when Hoco has a good team, M&D & Hero’s going to be a force in a few years at 2034 level.

It’s not Howard County talent. Majority of the team if not the whole team is from Carroll County.

It’s not Howard County talent. Majority of the team if not the whole team is from Carroll County.
