Personally, I think her hair suited her. The grill work on her teeth was distracting. How does one floss around that?

She doesn’t care what you think. Learn to spell the name of someone you’re trying to trash online.

I don't mind her look but I esg shed clean up her language. My 6 year old ideaolozes her and has been saying on repeat, “that's what I'm fu**ing talking about.”

Yeah, that was a poor choice of words, said directly into the camera.

Sure she is

My kids wouldn't have even noticed because we don't swear around them.

It's just s bunch of sounds to them.

My 6-year-old is in learn-to-skate, and she has the Corinne Tan American Girl doll and the American Girl book that goes with it, which is all about Alysa and Eileen. She loves Alysa. And if you were actually paying attention to her skate, you couldn't miss it.

I hope Liu's victory doesn't sput a labret piercing craze.

And yet you allow it. Sad

Halo Hair color is what it's called. It actually is made for growing out because you bleach a ring and then you get another dark ring as your hair grows out, and then you go back and bleach another ring once the hair gets long enough.

Are you drunk? You can’t spell anything and make no sense.

Your 6yo lacks discipline if she repeats foul language and continues to do so after being told not to by a parent. I have a 6yo who follows directions and listens to me. But then, there are all kinds of parents.

A body part is a body part. Some people are horrified by pierced ears.

Where an I watch the award ceremony for women’s figure skating? I watched the competition replay on Peacock but they didn’t show the ceremony.

OK? You’ve decided figure skating is a little-girl, ice-princess, fairy-queen sport. Please link to your alarmist posts about basketball, football, hockey, wrestling, etc. This is not new. Alysa said a bad word, she didn’t club Nancy Kerrigan in the knee. Get over yourself. Athletes can get pretty riled up and raw and inappropriate. Just because she’s wearing a glittery costume doesn’t mean she’s a perfect little princess just for your viewing pleasure.

I didn't miss it. Does your 6 year old actually know what Liu said?

Maybe you can shut that down, if it bothers you.

I would have been equally annoyed if that had been featured when the US women beat Canada in hockey last night. It has nothing to do with sparkly dresses. There are lots of families with young kids watching the Olympics.

OK? So take it up with NBC or Peacock. They’re the broadcasters. Take it up with the IOC or the ISU.
