Is he a coach at a real soccer club or just a dude with some random kids? Its so strange.

Maybe a rec team? they were so desperate for teams that they would probably let actual potato's play.

They didn't hire one of the usual management companies to run it (like Elite). So Villareal is running or attempting to run it themselves, likely to make as much money as possible. And, true to form, its a s-show.
