Anyone who thinks there will be a ceasefire before Russian troops march through Kiev is a fool.

Trump is freaking out on TS, blaming everyone but Putin for the war. What happened to him ending war day 1? It’s been over 111 days! Big strong man can’t close the deal… again.

Trump was sold the same bill of goods that the shills peddle here: Russia is losing 2 thousand men a day, their economy is about to collapse and Putin has cancer. If those things were true, then it would be pretty easy to negotiate a conclusion to the conflict. But if it was all self-serving lies and Russia's position is actually much stronger than "intelligence" claims? Well, then your offers aren't going to be very appealing.

Now Trump is stuck in the same cycle that got us deeper and deeper into Vietnam. No one can admit its a losing hand, because that would mean a lot of important people were wrong. So we poor money and material, and soon men into a losing situation.

This conflict is probably already the end of NATO.

He's a failure who can't ever admit he failed. Now he will save face by allowing Putin to conquer Ukraine then taking credit for negotiating Ukraine's unconditional surrender.

Really, this war is great for the west. Russian birth rate is bottoming out; they are killing thousands of their males a month; they have a war based economy which is never good for any country.

I could totally see Trump flipping a switch and being like, sure - give Ukraine 300 F35s….we have the F47 and don’t need them. Throw in 500 m1a1 and 1m artillery rounds.

And do it next week.

That seems more realistic than peace in the next year.

The US has about 650 operational F-35s.
Over 3000 M1A1 (only 2500 or so combat ready).
There are 0 F-47 and won’t be for about 3 years.

So Trump could easily give away 300 F-35; but no hope of defending….really anything.

Tanks and shells totally doable.
