Yes, there is. If that's the only thing, he would have sailed through. GOP doesn't care about pedophiles or rapists. That's why Hegseth has nothing to worry about.

They hate him because he was brought the "burn it down" ethos directly upon the Republican Party. He embarrassed them with the McCarthy gambit. And they will never forgive it. He had zero relevant experience and was paying teenagers to molest them. Also about 3/4 of the House Republicans hate his guts. That’s not enough?

Clearly the GOP members in Congress hate Gaetz and want to release this so as to prevent him from getting any other plum political position. Sweet revenge for them but they are all still craven a-holes for covering up for him for so long.
