You tried, but you're failing to make your point. Lol. Women need a man to make them a better parent? Really? Is your solution outlawing divorce to keep the men at home because the women are turning out inadequate men? |
Are you having a stroke? |
Agree. Women need to choose men who are true feminists, and who have been raised with real feminist values. Many men are not sensitive. Nor are they in-touch with the full range of their emotions; many men will not even cry or bawl. Too many men do not or cannot cook family meals. Still more men are not proficient at house cleaning. And few men are as involved with caring for infants (diaper changing; feeding) as women are. Women should seek out better men, who do all these things in the home, plus earn exceedingly high salaries, and stay in shape. And are fun. |
Wow. You truly are one mediocre man. Did you think I wouldn’t click on your link? You cherry picked your data. In the same article: “The gender wage gap is narrower among younger workers nationally, and the gap varies across geographical areas. In fact, in 22 of 250 U.S. metropolitan areas, women under the age of 30 earn the same amount as or more than their male counterparts, according to a new Pew Research Center analysis of Census Bureau data.” Now tell me about the 228 metro areas where women make less. |
Oh, you mean the article you posted from March 2022, that cited a Pew Study that found that the vast majority of women under 30 in 250 metropolitan areas made less than men? That one? The one that says this: “ Nationally, women under 30 who work full time, year-round earn about 93 cents on the dollar compared with men in the same age range, measured at the median. As these women age, history suggests that they may not maintain this level of parity with their male counterparts. For example, in 2000, the typical woman age 16 to 29 working full time, year-round earned 88% of a similar young man. By 2019, when people in this group were between the ages of 35 and 48, women were earning only 80% of their male peers, on average. Earnings parity tends to be greatest in the first years after entering the labor market.” Thanks for proving my point. |
I have a boy and a girl, in public school. It was a non issue for my boy. As with a lot of issues, IMO, it's the parenting. And I am not blaming mothers alone. Where are the dads? |
DP. It's right there. In the 228 metro areas where men make more than women make, the men are working more hours. Women work part-time, men don't. So men make more, are more stressed, are unhealthier, die earlier. Feminists want to have their cake and eat it too. They want to be paid more and work less. Nice gig if you can get it. - woman who works part-time and makes less than her DH, who works full time |
Are you? Women are killing it, except where they aren't, right? |
Please take your uninformed opinions somewhere else. The brain differences associated with ADHD actually make seeking the stimulation and dopamine associated with video games more rewarding to ADHD brains. All the physical activity and lack of screens in the world will not make my brain not have ADHD and not need meds to perform at the same level as those without ADHD. |
It'll be a lot closer. With no crashing or concerns about controlled substances etc. |
That PP accuses anyone who dares to disagree with her incorrect information is a man. How cute! But if she was at all educated about any of this she would know the pay disappears when controlling for job title, hours worked, industry, experience, education etc. Women make different choices. Doesn't matter how many degrees you have when you choose low paying, flexible hour careers. |
lol! You think men will stop donating sperm?! |
It's what happens in the interim, the time between now and the catch up, that is concerning. What's the best thing to do? I have a 7-year-old now and he was always the rowdiest kid from about 2-4. And now I've realized those settings just weren't matching his needs. But he's also just naturally matured over time. He's no longer the rowdiest kid, but he is antsy and I'm annoyed because I see him and how he behaves and it's obvious he's bored. His teachers annoy me because they just don't seem to get it. My mother says she sees so much of my older brother in him who was prescribed Ritalin. He didn't like how it made him feel so my mom took him off and now he's a high-level engineer with his own successful company. My brother caught up, but school (back in the 90s) was a wreck for him. |
Have you watched tv commercials lately? Pasty wimpy men. |
Misandry is out of control on DCUM. Misandry is a form of sexism the women here not only tolerate, they actively promote it. |
