If they can get to the WaPo you don’t think STA can get to DCUM?

Huh? You think this is Post worthy?

My example would be the on campus sexual assault that allegedly happened at Sidwell a few years ago - it was reported by the Washington Post briefly and then they never discussed it again. Now, imagine what would happened if that was a few other schools around here. To summarize, ON CAMPUS student-student RAPE allegation that allegedly occurred during or immediately after school.

It’s front page news. But STA wields IMMENSE power and has kept it out of the paper. So it must be keeping the details out of DCUM.

I don't have kids at STA (for real), but the STA parents and boys seem to universally love the school and the HOS so I think it is admirable that they don't trash their school. Clearly a young man has made a mistake of some kind - let him, his family and school deal with it appropriately, which is what they seem to be doing.

do you mean "hasn't been revealed?" your post is inconsistent and confusing.

yes, the number of pages on dcum definitely correlates to the seriousness (or not) of an offense. whether evidence comes out on dcum is the standard.

Character issues at STA have been well documented for decades.

I can’t believe I read 17 pages of this and still don’t know what happened.

Same at all schools. Every school has a few incidents they would rather forget about.

I have an STA grad and have been seeing game results on social media. So, the football season is on.

These boards always look for black and white answers. Are there troublemakers at St Albans? For sure. Just like there are at all schools. But there are also great kids who get a world class education and have life-long friends who are wonderful humans. Just like there are at all schools.

It seems that no amount of posting guidelines or moderating this thread will stop people from posting inappropriate posts. Moreover, the thread seems to have attracted a couple of the world's biggest idiots. I no longer have time or energy to devote to this thread so I'm going to lock it.
