Your grammar will remain problematic, unless that’s just you stoned.

OP, I am talking you.

You and half the people in this thread are RACIST BIGOTS.

This makes no sense at all. Clearly you can't use your words like a grown adult. Learn to articulate your thoughts and feelings, then come back and try and express yourself appropriately.

So people of certain races are more likely to use drugs? Do tell...

You already know it’s about the rate of prosecution of certain races (particularly for minor drug crimes) but go ahead and keep feigning your ignorance.

And you are a racist, but we all knew that too.

Calling someone racist is essentially the adult version of calling someone a poopyhead. It's become a meaningless word, and nobody cares.

I have a short drive into DC every morning and it’s overwhelming the smell of weed. There are also multiple car bang ups and crashes every morning and afternoon. It has been a real increase if those. I was just telling my kids o definitely think it’s correlated to the pervasive pot use by drivers. C street tunnel it’s so strong, like it’s being piped in.

There really is not an accurate equivalent of the “alcohol breathalyzer” for marijuana. Cops mostly have their hands tied when it comes to dealing with stoned drivers.

Not at all. If a cop can’t tell if a driver is impaired then the driver must not be very impaired in the first place. Just do a field sobriety test if you suspect impairment.

Field sobriety tests are not reliable and easily challenged in court.

Why else would breathalyzers and automobile interlocks after DWI exist??

Because alcohol kills.

The former are used to judge impairment and the latter are used to measure intoxication. In VA driving while impaired on drugs is a serious crime akin to a DUI- alcohol or DWI (.08 or above BAC). So FSTs are definitely relied upon and used in court.

The interlock is necessary because you have shown that you can't be trusted to act like an adult around alcohol and we can't assign a police officer to follow you around all the time. It says nothing about the reliability of road side tests.

Pathetic? I can imagine getting high being a good way to calm down while dealing with the awful stress of a child in Childrens.

Parents who are high can’t be good parents.

I haven’t valet parked in years, but I did the other day. And when they brought my car around and my friend and I got in, we were treated to the smell of weed for about 20 minutes into the drive home.

Cigarette and cigar smoke is just as bad. People just aren’t doing it as much anymore. Weed smoking is trending

I stopped going to the Walmart on Georgia Avenue and the one on Riggs Road because of the overwhelming marijuana smell in the garages. It's disgusting and unhealthy.

So instead of addressing the unequal application of the law (that affects more than just marijuana users), the powers that be thought it best to legalize marijuana use? I call BS! The moment big money got involved in marijuana sales is when the tide turned it was never about equity.
