Didn’t DA fold just a few short years ago due to not wanting to find the youth academies. Time will tell whether MLs can truly find what they are trying to do or whether this will be a short lived experiment like the DA

Problem...there's too much money to be made on youth soccer, that's why things will work out for the MLS and their backing of these mlsnext tiers.

Can’t grow too fast…that’s why the Nwsl has folded like 3 times. Nwsl academies/league will be coming to youth soccer just not anytime soon.

Well seeing as there are club owners that own mls and nwsl team….

Rumor is that after the World Cup, MLS will start female league and will swallow up NWSL since some owners are invested in both

Idk if some current Nwsl owners would sell to mls and for mls to start up a new women’s league would be hard n take a lot of money. We still got a few years till we find out what is going to happen

Boys DA was folded due to MLS wanting to take over and rebrand - Girls DA folded because the boys left and US Soccer didn't want to manage it.
