How could ECNL have a shock or a boom, when all the ECNL people say that everyone and everything in GA is trash and tier 3... Is it the case that they're trash when they're not in ECNL, and then magically awesome if they moved to ECNL? |

They have Girls GA and boys ECRL Possibilities Boys get MLS I or MLS II Girls and boys get ECNL |

I know right, ECNL is adding all of these low-level clubs from E64 and other places that no one has ever heard of further diluting their product. |

Everyone is entitled to opinion. HTTR for life vs Cowboys Fans.....you will never talk sense into either side. End of the day, it comes down to who wins the SB next

SJEB is the perfect counter example for you. Their young teams are incredibly strong and they fall apart near HS ages due to GA and top talent fleeing to other nearby ECNL clubs. SJEB -> ECNL would be a huge get and much stronger than PDA South over time. |

| PDA is in a similar situation as Bethesda, in time they'll have to decide which direction they're going. SJEB getting ECNL Boys smells like they feel like they know where they stand in the whole picture. |

ECNL May be hitting the panic button. Wonder if they will loosen up on admitting clubs that were never allowed in before. Bet they hate the founding clubs now for preventing competition from joining. |

I think this year is a test run. Next year both ECNL and mls pull in the girls sides of clubs. |

SJEB older age teams ie HS ages don't flee to ECNL as much as you think. Most flee due to the coaches, just look at who the head coach is for the 07s/08s/09s and how many have left over the last 4 years. Most that have left have gone to other GA teams in the area like Real and Sporting with others landing at Blue, White, South, Ukies, Hex, Delco, and PF. No one is going to stay at SJEB for ECNL simple because of a badge while the coach decides kids playing time based on how much of his bar tab they pick up or golf rounds they pay for. The younger teams are great because SJEB does know how to train players unfortunately they don't know how to coach them. |
