It’s a combination of lacrosse, field hockey girls, & 1 xc girl. Driven by the freshman Gonzaga boys they hang out with. |
| The field hockey team is essentially the lacrosse team at most of these schools. |
Why is that? They are such different skill sets. |
I don’t think it would be considered normal for serious athletes. Some freshman are about 12 months from entering the recruiting cycle. Drinking on the weekends is probably the last thing they should be doing now to prepare for that. |
| Get lost with this banter. |
Blame the Boys! Love this entitlement |
| How was the play day in Baltimore today? |
| Who played? Was MDDC there? Beautiful day for lacrosse. |
| Skywalkers, Capital, and Heros. All three had both of their 29 teams. I think their A teams all played each other and same for their B teams |
Yeah; that's the problem: it might impact their recruiting. Wow. Someone brings up 14 year-old girls drinking every weekend and it's about recruiting. Maybe it's more about discipline, judgment, and safety. Get some perspective. And by the way OP mom, kids that age drinking is squarely on the parents, and their lack of supervision--it is not on their friends who are boys. Give us a break. |
Please excuse PP for giving an athletics-focused answer to an athletics-related question on a lacrosse forum. |
Troll haha, you know how it went. Looks like the dream team isn’t what it was made out to be. |
| Hero’s, M&D etc always smack around Capital. Nothing new. Those programs are formed earlier and have way better training programs. |
| DP, actually I don’t know how it went. Anyone care to share? |
| How did Capital Orange do? |
