Region A Results
Deep Run 6 Cosby 5 Glen Allen 13 Manchester 12 Region A Finals 5/28 - Glen Allen @ Deep Run Deep Run won the rematch with Cosby after losing to them 6-3 earlier in the season. Deep Run has already beaten Glen Allen twice (11-3 and 16-6) so this one should not be close. Cosby was arguably the best team in Region A but I believe they will now miss the State tournament. |

| Seeding for Region A is a joke. Cosby and Deep Run should have been in opposite brackets which would have allowed them to play each other for the regional championship. Instead they went by overall records which allowed Manchester to play Glen Allen. Both of which do not belong at all in states. |
