What do you old hens do for fun, watch reruns of Nancy Grace or Peoples Court?

I see another ageist leftist had arrived. Welcome.

She’s not a leftist. I’d bet almost anything she has….really interesting posts in her past on other sites about WOC who she believes aren’t as marginalized as she, decrying their privileged and so on. She believes in nothing true, which is why she’ll never let go of this.

I wonder if they covered libel.

She’s clearly literally an expert so she’s all buckled up for the bumpy ride she just refuses to get off of.

Hmm. Looks like Marino deleted all his tweets. I hope that just means he got all the info that he needs.

Her TikTok account is just as bad as her twitter.

She embodies Dunning-Kruger.

Then when I called, he answered the phone. Not a secretary
Not a receptionist. He answered the phone.

I thought maybe it was his cell or something.”

She’s trying really hard to convince herself he’s not a threat to her.

She’s wrong.

She also clearly doesn’t understand the legal system and the law. On her TikTok she explains how she “knows” the evidentiary system under the law, etc. She is wrong. She needs to go to law school. I’ve been a lawyer for 20+ years and it always gives me a headache when someone who isn’t a lawyer makes ridiculous claims about how the law works, what would be allowed in court, etc.

Did Marino send Judge a C&D letter? Trying to understand why she’s digging into evidentiary standard etc.

She doesn't even understand journalism, much less the law.

Like when she was in j-school, did she learn anything about interviewing witnesses or verifying sources before publishing anything? All the journalists I know are required to do these things before they publish. They also don't engage in massive hyperbole, like comparing an incident in which no one was injured to the murder of Emmett Till, repeatedly.

She's a bad writer and a lazy journalist, but she wants to lecture other people on the 1st Amendment and the law. I hope she learns and one day looks back on this and realizes how badly she is embarrassing herself.

I have to imagine letters are going out given the tweet below. But I am curious why the attorney deleted his account. Maybe there has been more evidence that has surfaced that isn’t as crystal-clear as he had indicated, or maybe he just got what he needed.

I don’t think the apology below is enough to get the poster below out of a litigation but I am assuming that’s why he posted.

I wonder if the twitter account the lawyer set up is getting spammed. It was a nice idea but the truth is that he's made some enemies on Twitter because he's actually looking to hold some of these people accountable for spreading lies, it would be very easy for them to spam his mentions or DM and make his account basically non-functional.

I, too, wonder why the attorney deleted his account. Did she hire a bigger firm that could better handle what's going to be a national, high-profile bunch of cases? Also his account attracted a fair number of unsavory racists jumping at the chance to take down Monique, Crum, et al, and maybe after he got what he needed he didn't want to give those racists any air.

Can somebody TL;DR this whole thing? I only saw the initial video, thought that the white woman was in the wrong, and now there's more? What happened?

Betting it was probably a case of getting enough real evidence and now he’s just getting spammed and getting too much attention from the RWNJ contingent of Twitter.
