Kane from Kaneshow divorcing and crying on air right now (PART TWO)

John completely ignores everyone but Kane and Eric - I get it, the ladies of the show are annoying, but at least try to stay a little bit professional and respond to them when they speak - it's even more awkward for the rest of us to listen to your radio silence (or snide remarks) whenever they open their mouths. And for God sake, stop trying to promo Laura's career over the air. Every day during their "round the table" he seems to just be hyping up another one of her accomplishments. Oh, Laura graduated from school! Laura made a YouTube video! Laura went to the bathroom on her own!

This show needs to be saved - the material is dry, the cast as no chemistry, and clearly, the fans can sense this.

Sadly this is all true. I used to listen to the Kane Show and enjoyed it so much. I was always disappointed if I missed a day of listening. Those were the days when Rose hadn't been hired yet and the show was just John/Danni/Kane/Erik. Now, it is really unbearable to listen to. The topics are boring and the dynamic is just plain irritating to listen to. At this point I don't feel that the show can be saved.

I agree with everything you said! This sums it up perfectly.

I do like Kane...I've been listening to him since the beginning. I can't say quite why I like him, but he seems likable enough. I have enjoyed following his kids growing up, I remember when both of them were born and he does seem like a genuinely good father.

As for John...weirdly he may be my favorite person on the show. I like that he isn't afraid to voice unpopular opinions (sometimes I do get tired of Kane's 'we love everything and everyone! we don't judge!' spiel all day). If you follow him on social networks, he occasionally posts things that are somewhat controversial (I get the sense that he is pretty conservative politically speaking). Either way, I kind of like his honesty and snide remarks both on twitter and on the show.

The girls....ugh. I miss Sarah (never liked Mel). Can we please get a woman of substance, who can (unlike Rose) actually contribute something of substance to a conversation and can (unlike Danni) go through a show without demonstrating what a train wreck her life is and what a drama queen she is. The Kane show REALLY needs to fire both of them and get another female co-host. The 'girl in Florida' (first Mel, now Rose) does not need to be a part of the show.

I agree with you --- I don't think the show can be saved either unless they hire a new female cohost altogether. I don't think Kane has the balls to "mix things up," though.

Hahaha, this forum has become more entertaining than the show. Why does kane also kiss danni's butt when it comes to her tv gig. I tried listening on Iheart and had to turn it off when danni started on her oh I'm the face of tlc with rose n kane saying aww congrats so happy for you. Like others have mentioned I like the heyfrase blog, Sammy is so entertaining

It is odd. For old time's sake, I try to listen to it every other day or so and can't stay on for more than a couple of minutes of it. So not interesting. So not appealing. It's a visceral "must change the channel right now" reaction with me. No chemistry is right. I am not sure why. It's not like other radio stations have entirely fascinating conversation but they are so much easier to listen to and at least seem somewhat interesting and relevant,even when talking about silly things.
