Yet we have clubs with kids who have been selected x2/3 times. Like a message wasn’t already sent back saying we aren’t interested in what you guys are selling. Can the center mids get some love? Maybe a center back vs the forwards?

If your triggered then good. Someone passing on selecting little susiemurical x3 times should be enough for a club to switch focus. But it never happens. Transparency puts that to bed.

we can expand this to playtime. but I like this ID topic. As do others. Has your club spoken in criteria at all? I bet if we took a poll it would be interesting to say the least. I only have heard of one club locally at least discussing it preseason.

not everyone can go. Coaches hide behind coaches preference. Cant please everyone but lack of transparency can piss off the litter.

Wish they would do these things based off of performance and potential, not politics.

This. We all know that nothing will come from the selections, so this is really just about the experience. It's just annoying when you know that the TDs/coaches aren't using performance as criteria to bestow that experience. I mean it's not as if we're not all watching these games too.
