Will Whittle be around next year?

I know a couple families who are dead set on coming here next year because they “believe in the vision CW has” and think all of the financial troubles he and the school have gone through are nothing but a minor setback in his plan to make the school global. Incredible how he’s trapped families in his illusion

Apparently someone else bought it, not Whittle.

Some people will buy into any delusion if it makes them think they have status. These are probably the same people who think Elon Musk is a Visionary who’s going to deliver on that cave rescue and those Ventilators any day now.

Let it go

Let it go ❄️

Looks like another love TKO

what is TKO?

"Love T.K.O." is also a great song by Teddy Pendergrass, clearly the allusion the poster above made.

Those families are in for a rude disappointment when they discover there is no "here" to return to!

CW actually shares many of the traits of a cult leader. Complete failure in traditional society but has tremendous charm and charisma plus the gift of the gab. Plenty of Branch Davidians stayed until the FBI burned down the ranch in Waco and plenty of FLDS members let Warren Jeffs "marry" their daughters until he was hauled off to jail. It's a shame that in all these cases, the cult followers' kids are the ones who suffer their parents' poor choices...

It is sad that some families would still consider returning to WSS next year. We are a current family at WSS, and it has been on a downward slope since the moment it opened. The school showed some promise in the first year, but it proved to be a very quickly revolving door among both teachers and students. I had confidence in the inaugural team from 2019-2020 because WSS recruited faculty and administrators from renowned private schools. Most of my child's classmates and teachers from the first year have all left WSS. At least teachers seem to get better opportunities at other schools like Georgetown Day School. I have to admit that the vision seemed great in the beginning, but the execution has been terrible. CW is the problem. This schools will eventually close. When it closes, the last person I will feel bad for is CW. I really hope the parents and teachers are looking for other school.

The two families that return will have unbelievably personalized learning opportunities for their children plus 300,000 sq ft per child! Perhaps CW can teach a course on running a three card monte

Please see below for additional important updates.

Re-enrollments and Deposit Reimbursements

We will soon be completing our “re-enrollment” process for the next school year. We understand that some parents have made deposits at other schools as a contingency. Please be advised that we will deduct any such non-refundable deposits from your Whittle tuition for the 2022-2023 school year when you re-enroll with us. You will simply need to provide our Admissions team with a receipt of the paid deposit, and we will take care of the Whittle paperwork via TADS

I am very curious what the "re-enrollment" process is?

Elon Musk is a visionary...have you launched a spacecraft into space or revolutionized electric cars?

Lol like clockwork.

I mean if my family was bazillionaire emerald magnates I’d be a “visionary” too. Anyone can take a Lotus and make it worse if you have the money!

Well, he’s an article that says absolutely nothing of substance other than confirmation that the dispute driving the building auction and foreclosure process has been “resolved between parties.”
