Fairfax County Double Murder

Maybe they don’t believe BB’s guilty?

This hasn’t been mentioned in awhile. But CB’s dad is law enforcement. I think about that a lot. It must kill him but he knows there is a long game here and is is trusting the process. I bet he is involved in the investigation or at least being kept in loop.

Why was CB unclothed? Maybe she was expecting Joe. Maybe she was duped into expecting BB. Maybe she was forced to disrobe by someone. Maybe it was coincidence. Maybe the authorities know and evidence will be presented. It’s just speculation, unlike what we do know about the length of the affair, gun purchase, and phone dump.

It's possible BB will be charged re: JR's death one day. If so, communications may be entered into evidence that indicate the substance of the ruse and lure. We have a sense of what JR thought was going to happen from a friend who has posted on social media. We will likely never know what CB thought was to happen that day.

The entire situation is heartbreaking re: CB, JR and the child. JR was alive when the 911 call was made and suffering per the recording played in court. CB hung on until the hospital.

All they "got" was 8ish months playing house, going to see a has been band and going to NYC for a trip. Now their lives are more or less ruined, as is the child's and 2 beloved people are gone.

It is impossible to fathom how in their twisted minds it was worth it. Or how there would be no accountability. Did they think smearing the victims in death and his being quasi-LE would carry the day?

She was NOT having an affair with Joe. There’s evidence “they” met through the kink site. Joe told his friend that week about the upcoming meet up with a couple.

That’s not in the evidences, is it ?

He is alienating her from them. Do you understand that?? He won’t even let her see the former au pair, who is very close to the daughter and CB. They were both in her wedding, communicating at least weekly even after she moved to FL. she flew to VA to be with the child/BB as soon as she heard about Christine.

1- Are you 100% of that?
2- If someone keeps me from seeing my granddaughter, after killing my daughter, I’ll go to hell, but I’ll do something about it. Involve lawyers and whatever it’s needed.

AP had a bond hearing on Tuesday.
Here is what happened.

Defense and Prosecutor entered several pieces of evidence. Including:
- A copy of the chats between CB and JR was entered under seal
- Multiple pictures of the scene were entered, many under seal.

Defense's Argument

- Prosecutor previously "misstated" that AP had bought plane tickets using her passport.
- She actually had used to apply for a work visa and student visa. AP was legally in the country at the time of her arrest with no intention of leaving.
- Prosecutor has not provided any actual evidence of a conspiracy. Just public statements.
- AP was actively dating multiple people, did not deny relationship with BB during police interview, but mentioned she was dating several people.
- Prosecutor overstated extent of JR's incapacitation from first shot. The Medical Examiner stated that there was possibility that JR could see and move.

Prosecutor's Argument

- Prosecutor surprised Defense with a document showing that ICE has asked to be notified if she is release from custody, and they have a warrant for her. He is afraid that if she is released and ends up in federal custody, they will deport her.
- Prosecutor stated that there is no extradition treaty with Brazil, and that the Feds do not have to acknowledge the case's priority. Feds could just deport AP and then the state of VA has no control.
- Prosecutor also argued that she is manipulative and can be manipulated, and therefore still a danger.
- Displayed a picture of JR's body. JR was clutching his stomach on his back
- Mainly re-iterated things said previously at preliminary hearing.
- Mentioned that BB took the 5th on every question during prelim.

Other facts that came out (from chat transcripts and other things referred to by both sides)

- CB and JR communicated using Fetlife and Telegram.
- JR brought up the idea of bringing a knife, CB asked about the details.
- They discussed blood play (cutting)
- CB asked JR, "Do you still want to tear off my clothes? I have a set of old pajamas you can tear"
- A set of ripped pajamas was recovered from the scene
- Pics of a knife, ropes, chains, rubber restraints were sent by JR to CB
- CB took selfie in a bathing suit and sent to husband. A few hours later sent the same selfie to JR with caption: "I sent this to my husband and he didn't even notice I lost 20 pounds"
- Judge questioned about the 45 min phone call over telegram that occurred between CB and JR
- After the phone call, JR texted: "It was great hearing your sexy voice"
- JR wrote that he had only done blood play once before, with razor blades
- CB had several superficial cuts that barely broke the skin
- JR was in the process of cutting CB with BB walked in
- CB wrote "trip to the zoo" on calendar
- CB had multiple lacerations to her neck and carotid artery. Three lacerations to the right side of her neck were the most likely the cause of death
- In the second 911 call, (mentioned but not played) BB is trying to save CB's life by applying pressure

Judge's Decision
Denied bond for two reasons.
- First, that FCPD could lose jurisdiction/control if the Feds take custody and/or deport
- Second, that AP could still pose a risk to community.

I don’t know. I’m not making assumptions, if you know how to read, I’m saying what I would do. I never said they haven’t.

Why would prosecutor say this was all plotted then?
Unless… BB asked for a photo from CB and then sent the photo he received to AP but again, that seems so much work!

I can guarantee if these messages were sent by Juliana, they’ll be able to tell bc she probably doesn’t write as well as an American would.

She also has a strong accent. So on any phone call it would be obvious she wasn’t American
