Please vote for Newt

Please vote for Newt so that we will have the best entertainment during the presidential debates. Will love to see him debate with Obama (a level headed, ethical, educated, and energetic candidate). Everyone will stop watching reality TV shows for a month or two!

Oh, please please please vote for Newt!

But not yet -- I'm still riveted by Mr. Romney's public decompensation. Watching Newt pick on him is like watching the head of the football team give the Prom King a swirlie.

So, Republicans:

Yes, we want an Obama-Gingrich general. But feel free to extend the primary right up to the convention. And a few of you keep voting for Santorum and Paul, just to make sure Newt's alignment continues to swerve ever-rightward.

I wouldn't dream of voting for Newt. Sorry.

I know who I would vote for in general election, but can I suggest everyone including democrats to go and vote for Newt during the primary!

Sadly, Newt is not on the ballot in Virginia and DC and Maryland have closed primaries. So, the DCUM audience is not very fertile ground for Newt votes.

Is it possible for someone to change party affiliation to now to vote in the primary and change it back before general?

Yes, you can before March 13th in MD & March 5th for DC and change it back after the primary. Let us all democrat in MD and DC do that. It would be fun!

Nice. And you claim GW "stole" the election.

No, we claim the Supreme Court "stole" it for him.

One of the few activist judge moves Republicans never seem to complain about...

Careful what you wish for people. The latest Gallup poll has Newt up within the GOP, and both Romney & Gingrich only lose to Obama by 2% in the general. If the economy should tank this summer or fall, the GOP nominee may win, Obama is hanging on a tenuous reed. I'd much rather a President Romney than a President Gingrich.

Um, is Newt supposed to be the head of the football team in some alter universe?

I love that the DCUMers are so self centered to think they their primary will make a difference in the nomination process. At least have a general concept of the process before thinking you can manipulate it.

Really, if with 8 votes Romney was erroneously counted as Iowa winner, then why cannot DCUM voters influence the primary results for MD and DC?
