Absolutely true especially in regards to America. And once that happens, Israel will ally itself with another emerging super power - China or India.

Certain explosions or attempted attacks in the Gulf state are strongly suggestive of false flags being committed by Israel, which would make complete sense if you understand Israel's objectives.
