Why is she so angry?

- she deeply regrets taking the job

- she knows that she will be reputation ally tainted for life

- she knows that she might face legal difficulties after the administration exits

- she knows that she is likely to face future employment difficulties

- she might potentially be under incredible pressure, in her current position, to do the impossible

- she is likely very much isolated socially, and knows it

- she has no Plan B for the rest of her life. She can't. The above issues make it very difficult for her to map out any path forward for herself

She is basically a clever but dumb victim of her own inflated opinion of herself. She has top-shelf credentials because they were always purchased for her. But she has never had a real job, she faced a difficult personal medical circumstance, and she has nothing whatsoever to show for it. She is noone's favorite any more, if she ever was (bear in mind that she thought she was everyone's favorite, for her entire life, until she took the job as paid obvious liar #1). She should be angry. She has made herself the national humiliating laughing-stock.

Disagree. She got the job precisely because she already was angry. Remember when 'angry white men' were a thing? Trump has turned angry white women into a thing.
