Not clicking the link but I thought they only found bones? |
| Of course the husband did it. His phone was pinging all over the house. |

Husband has been arrested.

Wow! I had been following this case closely for several years on Websleuths. There was talk of an arrest after her skeletal remains were found but no action. |
| Good, what an evil man. |

I hope the jury that hears this case understands circumstantial evidence better than the jury that just sat for CW v Read.
I doubt that Barry took a video of himself stalking Suzanne around their house/yard with a tranquilizer gun loaded with BAM. I doubt he videoed how he killed her after he sedated her, either. I doubt he filmed himself transporting her remains to where they were found and dropping her bike as the red herring explanation for her disappearance. I guess there will just be too much reasonable doubt so he shouldn’t be prosecuted at all. |

Wow, still just crickets.
C’mon folks - is it ethical for the CO prosecutors to pursue this entirely circumstantial case against poor Barry? Free Barry Morphew! |
It’s a completely different case but yes he’ll be acquitted if there is too much doubt. |
