Gorgeous gigantic town home in Gaithersburg for 1.5 M. Puzzled.

The only time you pay that much is if you live in an actual city in a row home or swanky condo. TH are notorious for being difficult to re-sell and do not appreciate as much in value. Are there fees too? HOAs suck.

Lol in my 20 years of living in the burbs, I’ve never come across anyone doing any of those things outside of an occasional cigar. Cmon.

I am sure there are some HOA fees - there is a pool and some other things. I’ve lived in hoods with HOAs and I’ve never had an issue. Stop with the hysterics.

bumping this monster thread. We've been in the market and have upped our budget to the $1.2m-1.4m range and are now considering Crown (along with Mt Prospect). Anyone have thoughts on crown these days? Looks like they're selling.
