Waiting was not a good idea for Sophie.

Those complications may have had nothing to do with her age. In fact, I had partial placental abruption and I was not AMA. Thankfully my baby and I were o.k. Stuff happens sometimes.

I’m on Team Pregnant after these latest photos. Her waist is noticeably thicker. The fabric below her waist makes it hard to see a bump but the upper part of her shirt is fitted, and her waist and rib cage area look wider. For some of us, we lose definition in our waist before a bump is visible. I think that’s what’s happening to her.

Waiting might have nothing to do with it. I had two ectopics, partial placental abruption, and an emergency c-section, all in my early 30s. My reproductive system just sucks.

She seemed to have dropped a few pounds in the weeks before her wedding, probably from nerves and being so busy. It would be natural to rebound with a few additional pounds afterward.
