Same PP you responded to. No, ruffles don't explain it. Top one clearly has more accentuation.

Meghan's been a working member of the Royal family starting half a year before her wedding. She's not slowing down and I think she + Harry are on the exact same page. He went out looking for a woman who will kill it at being a successful, global power couple and Royal team.

Alright - here's that exact same image from GettyImages.com. Getty is a photography-site of licensed photographs as they are from the papparazzi. They never doctor or photoshop their images. The mags who buy them do. Yet...the image is still the same.

Well probably. They have publicly said they want children and she is 37 right? Clock's ticking. They have time but not scads of it. Why wouldn't they get right to it?
