My bets are on a dusting to 1 inch that melts quickly while either northern or southern cities actually get several inches.
It's just too warm for a major snow storm. Even if the temp drops tomorrow, it won't drop enough and stay cold long enough for a serious snow storm. |
| Grocery store in NE DC was not too bad. The only thing there were out of was lunch meat, LOL. |
| There now. Its crazy. |
Oh that's funny because the models are now showing a direct hit on this area. Loudoun may get 16-20. I mean, be in denial if you want but it's going to snow. |
Uhhh... |
My guess as well. |

New update from Jay: all models now in agreement for a major East Coast storm. Including European Model.
Highest prediction- 20 inches of snow for Loudoun/Leesburg. 12 inches closer to D.C. I need updated grocery store reports, LOL. My plan was a run tomorrow am. |
Target was eerily not crowded 2 hours ago. They were low on milk though. |
Or, as pp intuited, a dusting. Lol. |

I don't think that means what you think it means. |
| So, are we all worried about climate change. Last week everyone was lamenting about how we got no snow this year. |
| CWG is now using terms like "iffy" and "quite uncertain" and referring to a model that shows rain mixing in. They'll feel confident on Tuesday, I reckon. |
Hmmm. All will be revealed in good time. We'll see if your "dusting to 1 inch" pans out in DC. |
| Knife's edge. It now looks like there could be no snow. Zilch. |
