OP here and no I didn't dupe anyone. There is a "pocket listing: in North Portal Estates. I asked a simple question that seamed to take a ugly turn from the original topic however, I am the fall guy. Seriously???? Last time I start a topic on this site.

Don't pay PP any mind OP. DCUM is less than 1% representative of real people east or west of the park. They are all lovely neighborhoods with can't lose schools. You literally can't go wrong. We live in Shepherd Park at love it. We also play sports, attend church and have friends WOTP. We would have lived there if we found anything. We just so happen to find a house in SP that we loved. PP here. Okay, my misunderstanding. Pocket listing makes sense. If you are new here, be warned, any thread that lists 'EOTP vs. WOTP' will be fraught for many reasons--similar to other "hot button" issues (stay at home vs. working moms, etc.).

Good news is, you can't lose--all three are nice neighborhoods with access to the same middle and high schools. Good luck.

EOTP, since it's all most young people can afford, has better eye candy now, especially north of Logan Circle. More young people. Also, stabbings.
