Yes! That house just gave off a bad vibe. Who has a stocked pantry at this point! I kept waiting for some psycho grandma to pop out. And come on, why can't Daryl just get some ass already! Just when him and Beth seem happy she gets freaking kidnapped. Only 3 episodes left ![]() |
The car that took her had a medical type cross in the back window, like an older style ambulance or hearse, which would tie it back to the funeral home.

good catch! crazy old granny was watching... |
Umm...been called lots of things on DCUM, guess that is the nicest, I think. |
haha - I was referring to another PP's reference to psycho granny!! ![]() |
and your eyes are way better than mine...if anyone's a granny here, it's me! |
I'm one of the three "Governor is sexy hot" posters, so guess there is something a little psycho about me ![]() |
Yeah, obviously someone took Beth. Clue #1: cans jangle & it's a dog. Clue #2: next time dog barks, it's a whole bunch of walkers at the door. How did they get there unless someone took down the cans? Clue #3, car speeds off with no walkers anywhere near it. Even if Beth happened across a car that happened to have its keys in it, and it happened to start on the first try, she's not just driving off without waiting to see if he makes it out of the house. |
My prediction, Daryl joins their gang, but finds they are part of the group that kidnapped Beth, and so he has to choose, them or her, and perhaps has to choose about the rest of his group. I predict he does the right thing. And perhaps even dies doing it - the actor may be too popular now to stay on the show, and as you know, Daryl's character was added to the show, was not in the comics. |
No, I think the two are unrelated. Maybe Daryl will get the gang to go back to the house, with the promise of food & a place to crash, so he can try and figure out what happened to Beth. In the south almost all cemeteries have churches nearby not just a funeral home. I'd think the people that took Beth could be hiding in the church. Church could have had a food pantry and they use that to bait the creepy, funeral home "gingerbread house". Maybe it isn't even some crazy preacher that thinks he is saving her soul and creating a new Adam & Eve. |
meant, Maybe it is even some crazy..... |
Everything is leading to Terminus. Bet you the gang of bad guys is from Terminus. Daryl followed the car that took Beth towards Terminus, to the rail road track. Bet you $100 those guys are from Terminus, and Terminus is a bad, bad place. |
Just the opposite. I like this recent format. I am so over the governor, the prison, Rick's angst. |
The Founding of Atlanta (http://www.city-directory.com/atlanta/history/) In 1836 the Western and Atlantic Railroad was approved and an end point, or “Terminus” was chosen in 1837 and the post indicating it was driven into the ground and named The Zero Mile Post. The Zero Mile Post was located about 4 blocks from the current day Five Points, at Forsyth and Magnolia Streets. Eventually the Zero Mile Post was moved to several miles to the South East where it can be found today near the entrance to Underground Atlanta. During this time the area under went a series of name changes, the first being Thrasherville, after it’s founder John Thrasher. Later it was referred to as Terminus, which literally means “end of the line”. In 1842, the city continued to expand and the residents requested the name to be changed to “Lumpkin” after the current Governor of Georgia, Wilson Lumpkin. Lumpkin declined and asked the residents to name it “Marthasville” after his daughter instead. In 1845 the Chief Engineer of the Georgia Rail Road suggested renaming the city once again, and changing it to “Atlantica-Pacifica.” This was quickly shortened to “Atlanta” and became the official name in 1847. |
Hmm, maybe the Church turns out to be really be the govt? |
