No, I think the two are unrelated.  Maybe Daryl will get the gang to go back to the house, with the promise of food & a place to crash, so he can try and figure out what happened to Beth.  In the south almost all cemeteries have churches nearby not just a funeral home.  I'd think the people that took Beth could be hiding in the church.  Church could have had a food pantry and they use that to bait the creepy, funeral home "gingerbread house".  Maybe it isn't even some crazy preacher that thinks he is saving her soul and creating a new Adam & Eve.[/quote]

Everything is leading to Terminus.  Bet you the gang of bad guys is from Terminus.  Daryl followed the car that took Beth towards Terminus, to the rail road track.
